kuchipudi dancers set world record

Over 2800 Kuchipudi dancers created a Guinness Book of World record on 26-12-2010 by performing Hindolam Thillana at Hyderabad. The 11- minute programme was staged as part of the three day 2nd International Kuchipudi Dance convention. Rapturous applause filled the venue as programme came to end and a representative of Guinness Book of World Records annouced that she was speechless with the magnitude of the programme.
