Over 2800 Kuchipudi dancers created a Guinness Book of World record on 26-12-2010 by performing Hindolam Thillana at Hyderabad. A commemorative stamp Issued by Indian Post On  Chaudary Charan Singh, The fifth prime minister of India.  Date of Issue : 29 -5 - 1990 First day cover on _ Chaudary Charan Singh రైతు బాంధవుడు , కర్షక మిత్రుడు, గాన్దేయ వాది, మాజీ ప్రధాన మంత్రి శ్రీ  చౌధరీ చరణ్ సింగ్ (1902 - 1987 ) 23 - 12 - 1902 వ సంవత్సరములో ఉత్తర ప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రము, మీరట్ జిల్లాలోని నూర్‌పూర్ లో జన్మించాడు. 1923లో సైన్సులో పట్టా పుచ్చుకొని 1925లో ఆగ్రా విశ్వవిద్యాలయము నుండి పోస్టు గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్ చేశాడు. ఈయన ఆ తరువాత న్యాయవిద్య అభ్యసించి వకీలుగా ఘజియాబాదులో జీవితాన్ని ప్రారంభించాడు. 1929లో మీరట్ కి చేరి ఆ తదనంతరం కాంగ్రేసు పార్టీలో చేరాడు. 1937లో ఉత్తర ప్రదేశ్ శాసనసభకు ఛత్రౌలి నుండి ఎన్నికై ఆ నియోజక వర్గానికి 1946, 1952, 1962 మరియు 1967 లలో ప్రాతినిధ్యం వహించాడు. 1946లో గోవింద వల్లభ్ పంత్ మంత్రివర్గములో పార్లమెంటరీ కార్యదర్శియై రెవిన్యూ, ఆరోగ్య మరియు సాంఘీక పరిశుభ్రత, న్యాయ, సమాచర శాఖలలో పనిచేశాడు. 1951 జూన్ లో రాష్త్రములో కేబినెట్ మంత్రిగా నియమితుడై న్యాయ మరియు సమాచార శాఖ మంత్రిగా ఆ తరువాత 1952లో డా.సంపూర్ణానంద్ మ

Miniature Sheet – Crafts Museum  The Crafts Museum was established in 1956 as a resource centre for traditional Indian handicrafts and hand-looms.  The aim of the Museum is to preserve Indian art or ethnography and to build a collection of craft specimens.  The Museum is housed in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi under aegis of Development Commissioner for Handlooms, Ministry of Textiles, and Government of India. The Museum has a collection of 32000 artifacts.  Research and Development has been a regular activity of the Crafts Museum.  It has been observed that this unique Museum is serving all sections of society, including foreign visitors interested in India rich heritage. India Post released a set of 2 stamps and a beautiful Miniature Sheet  on 15th December 2010 t o commemorate the completion of 60 years of diplomatic relations of India and Mexico. India – Mexico Joint Issue- Miniature Sheet  I ndia and Mexico, both vibrant and pluralistic democracies, established diplomatic relations in 1950 and completed 60 years. To commemorate the completion of 60 years of diplomatic relations, a set of two stamps are  released by department of post. మన భారత తపాలా శాఖ 1-11-2017 న ప్రసిద్ధి చెందిన పుణ్య క్షేత్రం శ్రీ  ద్రాక్షారామ భీమేశ్వర ఆలయం పైన ఒక తపాలా బిళ్ళను  విడుదల చేశారు. దీనితో పాటు  ఆదికవిగా కీర్తించబడిన నన్నయ్య పై కూడా ఒక తపాలా బిళ్ళను విడుదల చేశారు.  ఇంతకు ముందు ప్రసిద్ది చెందిన ఈ దేవాలయం పై తూర్పు గోదావరి జిల్లా తపాలా బిళ్ళలు ,నాణెం సేకరణ కర్తల సౌజన్యం తో  తపాల శాఖ వారు ఒక ప్రత్యక తపాలా కవరు ను  30- 7- 2005   విడుదల చేసారు. Date of Issue : 30- 7- 2005 పంచారామాలలో ఒకటి అయిన ఈ ద్రాక్షారామ భీమేశ్వరాలయం  తూర్పు గోదావరి జిల్లాలో రామచంద్రాపురం మండలంలో ఉంది.  ఇక్కడ భీమేశ్వరస్వామి లింగాకారం లో ఉన్నాడు. లింగం సగభాగం నల్లగా, సగభాగం తెల్లగా ఉంటుంది.ఇక్కడ లింగం కూడా 60 అడుగుల ఎత్తు ఉంటుంది. ఈ ఆలయాన్ని  చాళుక్య రాజయిన భీముడు నిర్మించాడని చెబుతారు .   ఈ క్షేత్రాన్ని గురించి శ్రీనాథకవి  తన భీమేశ్వర పురాణంలో వివరించాడు.

Special cover by Indian Post  on Secunderabad City on 12 -02 - 2007 Sikindar jah (1768 -1829) founder of Secunderabad  హైదరాబాద్ - సికిందరాబాద్ లు జంట నగరాలుగా ప్రసిద్ది చెందినాయి. మూడవ నిజాం అయిన సికిందర్ జా పరిపాలన కాలంలో హైదరాబాదులో బ్రిటిష్ వారు  కంటోన్ మెంట్ ప్రాంతాన్ని  స్థాపించారు. ఇతని జ్ఞాపకార్ధం దీనికి "సికింద్రాబాదు" అని పేరుపెట్టారు.సికింద్రాబాద్ నిర్మించి రెండు శతాబ్దాలు అయిన సందర్బంగా జరిగిన జిల్లా తపాలా బిళ్ళల ప్రదర్శన SECUNDERPEX -2007 లో  ఈ ప్రత్యేక కవరు విడుదల చేసారు. 

గుంటూరులో చంద్రమౌళి నగర్ అనగానే గుర్తుకు వచ్చే వ్యక్తి శ్రీ కల్లూరిచంద్రమౌళి.చంద్రమౌళి గారి సహాయ సహకారాలతో రూపుదిద్దుకున్న ఈ కాలని నేడు గుంటూరులో ఒక  ప్రముఖ నివాస  ప్రదేశంగా అభివృద్ధి చెందింది.త్వరలో శ్రీ చంద్ర మౌళి గారి కాంస్య విగ్రహాన్ని చంద్రమౌళి నగర్ ఫస్ట్ లైన్,రింగ్ రోడ్ కూడలిలో ప్రతిష్టించనున్నారు.వారి గౌరవార్దం ఒక ప్రత్యక తపాల కవరు విడుదల చేయటానికి కుడా ప్రయత్నాలు చేస్తున్నారు.రాజకీయ విలువలు దిగజారి పోతున్న నేటి రోజులల్లో ఆ మహనీయుని గురించి తెలుసుకోవాలిసిన ఆవశ్యకత ఎంతో ఉంది.   శ్రీ కల్లూరి చంద్రమౌళి(Kalluri chandramouli, 1898-1992)  గారు నిష్కలంక దేశ భక్తుడు ,గాన్దేయ వాది,  స్వాతంత్ర్య సమరయోధుడు, తొలితరం ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ రాజకీయ నాయకుడు. ఈయన సంయుక్త మద్రాసు రాష్ట్రములోను, ఆంధ్ర రాష్ట్రములోనూ, ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ లోనూ మంత్రిపదవి నిర్వహించాడు. తిరుమల తిరుపతి దేవస్థానములకు అధ్యక్షునిగా కూడా పనిచేశాడు. తాను నమ్మిన విలువలకు విఘాతం కల్గిందన్న భాదతో యమ్.యల్. ఎ. పదవికి రాజీనామా చేసిన ఉన్నత మైన రాజకీయ నాయకుడు. కల్లూరి చంద్రమౌళి గారు 1898 నవంబరు 15న గుంటూరు జిల్లా అమృతలూరు  మండలములోని మోపర్రు గ్రామ

India Post released a set of 4 stamps and a beautiful Miniature Sheet on 14th November 2010 on the occasion of Children's Day. The birth anniversary of Sri Jawahar Lal Nehru, India’s first Prime Minister has celebrated all over the country every year as Children’s Day. As is known, he had an extreme love for children. Nehru worked passionately for the welfare of children and youngsters soon after independence. He was keen about welfare, education, and development of children in India. He was fond of children and thus became popular as "Chacha Nehru" (Uncle Nehru) among his little admirers. India Post issues special stamps every year on this special day.

Special Cover  by Indian Post on Pioneers of Indian Film Industry --Smt. P.Kannamba (1912-1964) Date of Issue : 21- 7 -2005 ప్రసిద్ద రంగస్థల నటి, గాయని, చలనచిత్ర కళాకారిణిగా తెలుగునాట కీర్తి తెచ్చుకున్న కన్నాంబ పూర్తి పేరు పసుపులేటి కన్నాంబ. పశ్చిమ గోదావరి జిల్లా ఏలూరు లో 1912 లో జన్మించిన కన్నాంబ ఆనాటి నావెల్ నాటక సమాజంలో పదమూడు సంవత్సరాల వయస్సులో బాల పాత్రలు వేస్తూ తొలిసారిగా నాటక రంగ ప్రవేశం చేసింది. తన నాటకరంగానుభవంతో 1935లో హరిశ్చంద్ర తెలుగు చలన చిత్రంలో ' చంద్రమతిగా అడుగు పెట్టింది. ఆ తర్వాత ద్రౌపదీ వస్త్రాపహరణంలో "ద్రౌపది"గా అధ్బుతంగా నటించి తెలుగు ప్రేక్షకుల మన్ననలను, ప్రశంసలను అందుకుంది. సుమారు 150 పౌరాణిక, జానపద, చారిత్రక చిత్రాలలో తనదైన శైలిలో అద్వితీయంగా నటించి గొప్ప నటీమణిగా కీర్తి గడించింది. నవరసాలను సమర్థవంతంగా అవలీలగా పోషించగల అద్భుత నటీమణి కన్నాంబ . కన్నాంబ భర్త కడారు నాగభూషణం, ఇద్దరూ కలసి ' రాజరాజేశ్వరీ ' చిత్ర నిర్మాణ సంస్థను స్థాపించి అనేక చిత్రాలు తెలుగులోను , తమిళ, కన్నడ భాషలలోను నిర్మించారు. మహానటి కన్నాంబ  ద్రౌపదీ వస్త్రాపహరణం, 

Special Cover on Conserve Nature and Environment by India Post in CUDDAPEX - 2005  Date of Issue : 01-10-2005 కడప జిల్లా తపాల బిళ్ళల ప్రదర్శనలో ( CUDDAPEX - 2005 ) తపాల శాఖ ఒక ప్రత్యక కవరును  విడుదల చేసింది. దీనిపై నల్ల మల అడవిలో విరిగా కన్పించే ఎర్ర చందనం చెట్లను చూపే చిత్రాన్ని ముద్రించారు.  జేర్దోన్స్   కోర్సెర్( Jerdon ' S  Courser )   అనే   కలివి   కోడి బొమ్మతోతయారుచేసిన ప్రత్యేక పోస్టల్ ముద్రను క్యాన్సిలెషన్ కొరకు వాడటం జరిగింది.  Jerdon ' S  Courser మన   రాష్ట్రంలో   తూర్పు   కనుమలలో   మాత్రమే  జీవించుతూ   త్వరలో   అంతరించి   పోతున్న   జాతి   చెందిన   పక్షి .  కడప , అనంతపూరుజిల్లాలలోఉన్ననల్లమల  అడవి   ప్రాంతం లో మాత్రమే   అరుదుగా కనిపించే   ఈ   పక్షి ని   1986   లో   శాత్రవేత్తలు   చూడటం   తటస్త   పడినది .  ఒక అంచనా   ప్రకారం   ఈ  పక్షులు   ఇప్పుడు   కేవలం   పదుల   సంఖ్యల   లోనే ఉన్నాయి .  ఈ   అరుదైన   పక్షులను   కాపాడాలన్న   ఉద్దేశంతో   తపాల   శాఖా ఇంతకు ముందు    ఒక తపాల   బిళ్ళను  07-10-1988 న  విడుదల   చేసింది .

Special cover Issued by Indian Post on   ETHIPOTHALA Waterfalls, A.P. at NALPEX-2007  Date of Issue :14-03-2007  నల్గొండ జిల్లా తపాల బిల్లల ప్రదర్శన( NALPEX-2007 ) సందర్బంగా  నాగార్జన సాగర్ కు సమీపం లో ఉన్న ఎత్తిపోతల జలపాతం పై ఒక ప్రత్యేక తపాలా కవర్ విడుదల చేసారు. ఈ  ఎత్తిపోతల జలపాతము నాగార్జునసాగర్ నుండి మాచర్ల మార్గంలో 11 కిలోమీటర్ల దూరములో గుంటూరు జిల్లా తాళ్ళపల్లె వద్ద ఉన్నది. 70 అడుగుల ఎత్తున్న ఈ జలపాతము కృష్ణా నది ఉపనది అయిన చంద్రవంక నదిపై ఉన్నది. చంద్రవంక నది నల్లమల శ్రేణుల తూర్పు కొండలలో ముటుకూరు వద్ద పుట్టి, తుమృకోట అభయారణ్యములో తాళ్ళపల్లె వద్ద 70 అడుగుల నుండి ఎత్తు నుండి పడి ఉత్తరదిశగా ప్రయాణించి, తుమృకోటకు వాయువ్యాన కృష్ణానదిలో కలుస్తున్నది.   ఇక్కడ  మొసళ్ళ  పెంపక కేంద్రం ఉంది.
