His spirited and vital role in the Rampa rebellion of 1922–24 has carved a permanent niche for him in the pages of Indian history of freedom struggle.Alluri Raju's tomb is in Krishna Devi Peta village in Visakhapatnam district. భారత తపాల శాఖ విప్లవ వీరుడు అల్లూరి సీతారామరాజు స్మృతి మందిరం , కృష్ణ దేవిపేట పై ఒక ప్రత్యేక కవరును 23 ఆగస్టు 2021న విడుదల చేసింది. 23 ఆగస్టు 1922 లో కృష్ణదేవి పేట పోలీసు స్టేషన్ పై అల్లూరి దాడి చేసి అక్కడ ఉన్న ఆయుధాలు స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్నాడు. కృష్ణ దేవిపేట లో అల్లూరి సమాధిని నిర్మించారు.
